Abraflex offers its customers a wide range of foam abrasive products.
We have developed over the past 10 years a solvent free adhesive system to combat climate change. We can now claim over 90% of our products are all helping to not damage the environment. Whilst also offering our customers a superior quality product lasting up to 50% longer than that of our competitors.
Our products include :- 4 Sided Sanding Blocks , 2 Sided Hi-Flex Sanding Pads, 1 Sided Pads, Cosmetic Buffing Blocks, Full Sheets or Jumbo Rolls for Convertors & Hook Loop Discs/Pads.
The sanding block is indispensable to the home handyman and makes light work of all sanding applications on metal, wood, plastics and paintwork. Due to its shape, construction and controlled flexibility the block can operate in the most awkward places and can be used either wet or dry.
The Hi-flex Pad is manufactured from a soft foam giving a totally flexible non-cracking multi purpose pad available in silicon carbide and aluminium oxide. They can be made from a range of grit sizes.
The flexible pads are ideal for wood working and are also used in the automotive industry.

The Manicure block has been designed for the professional manicurist in mind. The blocks are made from a closed cell foam which enables the user to fully sanitize it after every use.
The blocks are available in black silicon carbide or white aluminum oxides grits in various grades and also come in a variety of colours.
Sponge discs for finest sanding of smooth surfaces, not harmful with paint and preventing the swirling effect of conventional sanders. Allows perfect sanding of curved parts such as bumpers, wings with rounded forms, spoilers, etc.
Abraflex offers Jumbo Rolls of sponge abrasives or fully coated sheets for converters to use for their end use, whether it be for nail files, discs, velcro backing etc...

Abraflex products have a lot finer finish than standard abrasive paper. The following table shows what finish you can expect when sanding with an Abraflex product in comparison with standard sanding paper or sanding cloth.
